Dear Students,

According to the amendment of the “Student Leadership Regulations” approved in October 2025, the “Graduation Representative” position has been officially included as part of the class leadership roles.

Currently, the list of graduation representatives collected by the Office of Student Affairs – Career Development and Employment Services Section and the TMU Graduation Committee does not fully match the records in the Student Leadership System.
To ensure your eligibility for official leadership certification, participation in graduation discussions, and other related rights, please complete the following procedure:

If your department/class needs to update leadership information (including graduation representatives) in the system, please submit the meeting minutes to facilitate verification and approval.

Deadline: Monday, December 15, 2025
